We execute, plan, design and install fittings and fixtures for retail stores and high end residences including the manufacture of bespoke furniture, bathrooms, Kitchens, theatres, spas, signage, fittings and equipment.
DESIGN

Our design concept leads us to the colour and aesthetics that determine the design which is the next step in our process.
SITE & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We manage construction sites and design projects, supervise them and manage them professionally. We also plan execute and manage finishing teams to achieve set goals within a pre-defined set of criteria and objectives.
CONSTRUCTION
We are geared to construct anything from the smallest renovation to the largest edifice. As a member of the Summersun Property Group we have been responsible for some of the largest and most beautiful homes and buildings. We collaborate across multiple disciplines including project management, engineering, budget determination and site supervision.
FINISHES
We design, source, manufacture, supply, install and fit all furniture, fabrics , textiles, flooring art, sculpture, rugs, accessories and objet d’art within any given interior as part of the finishing and final process of design.
INTERIOR ARCHITECTURE
We specialise in the art and science of designing and implementing all type of interiors including concept planning, construction , ceiling design, cabinetry, lighting and all finishes – a start to finish turnkey interior process.
LANDSCAPING
We are experts in horticulture and artistic design of all forms of terrain, shape, contours and elevations to transform them into gardens of beauty and wonder.
We specialise in the use of water features and waterfalls as well as all outdoor lighting, LED and concealed lighting elements.

RESIDENCE TRES CHIC
There comes a time when something so special is born, that very few words are required to describe its magnificence. Tres Chic in Sandhurst is one of them. It is a one off contemporary masterpiece created with passion, care, love and attention to detail and it will never be seen or available again because the owner will pass it on from generation to generation.
RESIDENCE CLIFTON
This property is the best kept secret in Clifton. High up on the mountains with uninterrupted views of all four beaches in Clifton and mountain views of the Twelve Apostles as well as Chapman’s Peak and far away Bakoven, this unique residence resulted from the gutting and demolishing of an existing apartment. Using a palette of colours and materials that minimised contrasts while maintaining a discreet differentiation, Arlene blended the furniture pieces and architectural shell together. Everything is upholstered in natural hues and in materials whose uniformity ties the rooms together and visually expands the spaces.
RESIDENCE HYDE PARK
For fifteen years Arlene Rottanburg has been involved with the architectural design concepts and she has worked with renowned architects Aurelio Cimato and Adriano Moroldo to extract the visions she has in her head and put them on paper in order to make them reality. This is a grand, majestic and stately edifice which has been transformed into an impressive and regal residence
PENTHOUSE 10°
Penthouse 10° has the look and feel of a modern contemporary home set in New York with the Sandton skyline instead of that of Manhattan but where you could walk barefoot in the Summer with wide open vistas and views. The brief for the interior was to create a contemporary, yet sophisticated interior utilising the concept of minimalism without any clutter.
THE QUEEN’S CORONATION
This residence has a timeless beauty and a quiet vista with every comfort and technological advancement that man can want in order to make this little Eden lovely and liveable beyond words. This is a three storey structure of almost 1,600 square metres under cover and with the land sloping back it was an ideal setting to create a basement for eight vehicles with two floors above.
